Clarence just subscribed love the content with Zach Telander . In one video Zach was adding to his workouts to improve his overall condition . He said weight lifters are out of shape for everything else. My understanding is that by far all people carry more fast twitch fiber. So isn't it more specificity than the muscle causing lack of condition ! I do know you can't have all on of both and longer duration and eccentric movements will cost you speed and muscle but him much?
