Clark is being transformed into a disaster-resilient metropolis, that will be competitive and attractive to a global market. It will consist of four main districts. the existing Clark Freeport Zone, Clark Global City, New Clark City, and Clark International Airport.
The Clark Freeport Zone is an existing mixed-used complex established in the ’90s.
Clark Global City, which will serve as the primary business district.
New Clark City, will house satellite government offices and a first-class sports Village.
and the Center of all of this is Clark International Airport. Which currently expanded to accommodate up to 110 million passengers a year. This ensures that travel will be comfortable, while trade is seamless.
A City is unmatched in connectivity, with access to world-class highways. And the service of Manila Clark Railways will turn the 2 hours drive from Clark to Capital Manila into a 55-minute commute.
Clark - the next premier gateway and Economic hub of Asia. Clark International Airport is Asia's Next premier gateway, while New Clark City, Clark Global City, and Clark Aerotropolis are Asia's next Economic Hub.
Envisioned to be Asia's next premier gateway, the Philippines government build something that can be called, “a masterpiece”. The new terminal of the Clark International Airport.
The most ambitious project of Urban development outside Manila is the conversion of 9,450 hectares of property in Clark, into New Clark City. Envision becoming the newest Economic hub of Asia.
Clark Global City is a state-of-the-art, 177-hectare master-planned, mixed-used Business Center of Excellence in Clark Pampanga. Developed for smart, safe, and sustainable development.

So happy for the philippines because our government fucos to develop our infrastructure, creating new cities, roads, bridges etc is a big help for us. This new generation city is the future world class city. New clark city is on the way, might be a beautiful city soon😊

I think NAIA should be demoted to a domestic airport once the expanded Clark Airport and the New Manila International Airport open. A significant number of the major international passenger traffic will eventually have to use Clark or NMIA. All of NAIA’s internarional flights will eventually be transferred to Clark and/or NMIA. The European and North American direct flights to the Philippines will most likely end up at NMIA while shorter international flights outside Europe and North America will use Clark and NMIA. The domestic flights will use NAIA, NMIA, and Clark.

I think the Clark Airport should be expanded, but I don’t think it will have as many passengers as the New Manila International Airport (NMIA) despite the potentional to have passenger counts similar to NMIA. There should be a train that connects between Clark and NMIA. I think Clark will have more direct flight options, but not similar to the non-stop destinations that are or will be served by NMIA. Very likely, the furthest direct flight to and from the Philippines would be Atlanta and that flight woild most likely use NMIA. Clark should be expanded to be treated as a viable alternative to NAIA and NMIA.

I think they should have a train option that connects to NMIA in Bulacan as that is the airport expected to handle flights from domestic to ultra-long-haul international flights going as far as an approximate 8,700-mile distance of a non-stop flight between NMIA and Atlanta. Just slightly longer than an approximate 8,550-mile non-stop flight between NMIA and Washington-Dulles.

I like Metro Clark. The humidity is not worse like coastal city Metro Manila. The climate there is cooler vs Manila. Its like Kuala Lumpur city away from the humid and hot coastal area

i've heard about this project way before the PIK 2 project in Indonesia. now, comparing the progress of both projects, you'll see massive difference which showcases how corrupt philippines is. not even to mention that PIK 2 of Indonesia is built on a reclamation land which should be more complex to build than clark. ph should stop talking bs and start doing the actual work. periodt.

Because of Marcos , these project will become a white elephants, landed Philippines into heavy debt , all that previous growth will come into knot ,1st the 5 billions railway project was immediate derailed and it will certainly be delayed .
