Hey man, I got like 20 upgrades left ( defenses ) to max TH13, I maxed wall already, and I got full gold and elixir and treasury full and there is all this discounts and 4x events, should I level up to th14 so I can upgrade walls? or should I stay to max out and then level up?

Cool big loot spending spree bash but I have a little problem with my pet house where I have a book of heroes to finish my unicorn upgrade since it’s CWl but it won’t let me use it and asks me for gems instead when I wanna use the book. So do you know nothing about it like son kinds of glitch and how to fix it?
