i feel like this is one of those movies that doesn’t need a sequel, cause you get a very good resolution at the end. there’s not much to go from the end

For a sparring bot, Atom is pretty much... INVINCIBLE

Its not really impressive, hes built to be invincible. Sparring bots are simply used for training, not fighting. And of course we dont wan these strong bots instantly breaking their “punching bag” so they built them to withstand many hits to last long.

Was thinking the same thing. He's purpose built for bots like Zeus to beat the snot out of time and again. He takes the punches and gets back up to take the next one. Makes sense because it wouldn't do much good if one fight is all it takes to destroy him.

The real shame is they didn't include where his son got to watch Hugh's character and teared up. As well as the FMC getting teary-eyed as well, seeing what her father saw in Hugh. Poignant scenes!

If they were to ever animate this scene and give the bots more personality, then it'd be pretty cool to think that Zeus would look like a roided out behemoth who goes berserk after Atom manages to start getting more hits in as the fight progresses.

Если не принимать во внимание эмоции зрителей, то победа "Зевса" - вполне заслуженная. Учитывая, что у него металл на "голове" и корпусе довольно слабо деформировался от ударов - логично предположить, что его противник тоже исчерпал бы заряд батареи так и не добившись нокаута.
