Class 201 and Class 205 DEMU 'Thumper' units are see during the Hastings 150th Railway Gala. First Hastings Unit 1001 is filmed climbing the gradients through Bo Peep Tunnel (1318 yards) from West St Leonards to St Leonards Warrior Square, then exiting Hastings Tunnel (788 yards) into Hastings before departing back to Tunbridge Wells. This was a special service for the DEMU put on for the Hastings 150th Railway Gala weekend. At the other end of Hastings station, Class 205 Hampshire Unit 205001 departing for Ashford past the Semaphore Signals. This was all filmed on the 1st September 2001.
