nice vid thanks for sharing, just wondering how much of the rice wine you actually use or is that used in place of water? or a combo of water rice wine and soy sauce? Btw if thats ur girlfriend / wife towards the end u should involve her in ur vids. She look nice.

I actually used wine instead of water, so there's no water added in this dish. Soy sauce is only for flavoring.
