Nanita and Devin have been dating for almost two years. They met in a transitional housing and fell in love. After having one child together, and one on the way, Nanita wants to give Devin an ultimatum. She says he has until the end of the year to marry her or she’s leaving him. Devin says Nanita isn’t the same person he met and fell in love with. He says he will only commit if she changes her ways.

Not necessarily. Some people don't know how to show love or think that what they're doing is right because that's what their momma or daddy did, or what they saw in somebody's house. Showing love in an adult relationship isn't always as simple as you might think. Maybe it should be, but it isn't. Marriage counselors are the proof. People wouldn't go if they didn't first admit that they don't know what to do.

I was thinking along a similar line. Fairly or unfairly, most of these men who turn out not to be good husbands or partners for other women, were raised by women. And I think it's partly because a lot of mothers (and fathers) don't raise their sons to be responsible and accountable individuals. Their primary concern is that their sons grow up to be "manly".

I’ve seen enough unstable relationships. I watched my husband before we married. I watched him some more after we married. And now after 4 years of marriage we have a little girl. Now I watch him not out of apprehension, but admiration. He is the most amazing husband, but an even better father. I’m so glad I allowed myself to be patient and observe. Men and women, watch your partners, and make sure they’re what you need, not just what you want.

Also for sit-ups, try putting your feet under a sofa or putting weights on top of your feet while doing so. You also can take you legs and wrap around something sturdy like stairs something and do it that way. You got this! Don't forget your weekly self-care day!

I find that people throw the word “love” out there way too easily and don’t even know what it means to “love” someone. It’s amazing how stunned people are by the return question: “so, what do you love about...?” So many people can’t answer it or if they do, it’s not very often that the answer is a true depiction of what it means to “love” someone. Just because it’s “convenient” to have someone around, isn’t love.

They're both incredibly naïve and lacking in wisdom. They don't mean each other harm, and they both realize that. They're just naïve, immature and ignorant. I think her smile is a defence mechanism. She was smiling throughout. He was clearly insulting her in public by saying she was dirty and she still kept that smile. Some people smile out of nervousness and others out of hurt. I don't judge her on that. Technically speaking, she is already living a single life. She's the sole breadwinner and housekeeper. If she removed him from the equation she would have one less expense/drama and still be doing what she had been doing all along.
