Like there is a lot of interviews where they state this plus when Daniel was dating his wife, she often would say to Phil that it was nice when he was in their house or something along those lines, like friends drinking in a house. That was the context. Plus Phil and Daniel's wife are or at least we're friends at the time of the big game.

“Growth” is subjective to what you want. If he wants to act like that… who are YOU to judge? 🫵 One could argue that there’s no growth on your end also for judging another’s behavior when you’re not in the same position as him. Best to stay out of rabbit holes like that 🤷‍♂️

@@sethiddings7293 Daniel raised Phil's open pre and bet every street. Back then it was never going to be A2 or A3. Daniel's range is mostly A10-AK, some combo draws that made a flush, and 1010. There's almost no logical bluffs here besides Broadway cards including the Kc that try to rep a flush. All of the unsuited hands with the Ac that Daniel would "reraise" pre have Phil crushed. Not to mention Phil said he put Daniel on queens, which is slightly more logical than A2/A3, but still very unlikely.

I mean, I've seen Daniel 3 bet with a ,4 and 5 suited against aces, kings and etc. And it was a sizable chunk of money. He can literally have any combination of Aces just fine. And Phil knows this 😂

So he reraised you with a better Ace in position and got you to not only call the preflop raise but call 40k with A4 lol. Would he have felt better about donking his chips off to AQ, AK or set of 10's? I get it's part of his schtick and all to tilt bad players but this prima donna crap and being so chastising b/c he played a hand he shouldn't have and got taken to value town for it is so annoying.
