IU was VERY SICK while recording this song: IU 'Love wins all' Recording Behind | Ji-eun's last(?) recording..🍃kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iZOYeMVzvcyYp40.html V's character is blind in one eye... it's why she touches that eye when first looking through the camera, and covers the other eye at the end(so he won't see the end). Protecting him, while she faces it head one. And it took Me more than one viewing to notice this. They both appear to be Mute... to have "No Voice" in their world or in their life/futures. And the "Cube" is a special guest in the credits.

this reaction is officially the first time i was able to see that m/v without crying 🎉 i totally get what they said about it being so sad and yet sounding hopeful… when i listen to it, it feels like one big long inhalation until that last “love” i had my kids watch it with me when it first came out, and they refused to call it tragic. according to my 15 yr old, “the cubes came AFTER an apocalypse, and they’re there to save everyone. the humans just don’t know that until they get ascended.” ❤💜

there's a kind of tragic beauty in not showing the death in action. they just chose to show part of it through the camcorder and then the clothes afterwards. it's much more impactful than if they had directly shown IU and Taehyung getting slaughtered by the cube.

Love this beautiful ballad, and IU's whispery voice is perfect for it. She conveys the emotion flawlessly. Only thing I am still confused is the ending of the MV. I tried to find "love wins all" in it but just could not understand it. Any thoughts??
