it was definitely rough. good thing its really only once a year for these two swap meets in the same weekend

there are some good ones in the states. Ive met guys from Australia and Sweden at some of these here in Texas

Some swap meets have a lot of the same stuff so it can look repetitive in the videos. This last swap meet (the pate swap meet) though was huge so I still have 2 or 3 videos to put out on it in addition to the several I've put so far.

Nah, that sticker is reproduced for most cars, so if you find one, you can always paint it and put the reproduction sticker on it and it will be like new. No need to pay top dollar for one.

@@googleusergp OK but I was referring to the unused space saver spare tire and wheel as a good fine. The sticker comment was just to describe the wheel. I'm aware stickers are made for them and other stickers on cars.

Rally wheels are really everywhere but they are not fifteen bucks no more. Just because you spat out info from a book doesn’t mean you know everything. @@rodcleve #1: I can tell you never worked in the automotive industry and if you "did", it wasn't in any great capacity. You don't have to wait to find a good Space Saver spare. You can find them in the trunks of any yard car as many never saw the ground as they were fairly useless. The one in my 1980 Trans Am has never seen the road---ever in 44 years. The one in my 1979 Trans Am hasn't either. Neither has the one in my 2009 Pontiac G6 or 1989 Cavalier. #2: The fact that you make the ASSumption that "just because you spit it out of a book" tells me you don't have the capacity to work on the technical side of automotive either. You need BOTH the technical and practical side of the automotive world and I can tell by your response you've never had either. "Mechanics" that say, "I don't need an education, I know what I'm doing" only know half of the job. You have to be a good technical writer/reader and have the on-hands skills to be good in automotive. Something you're lacking in both facets. A colleague of mine needed doors for his son's 1998 Ford pickup. He wanted them the same color as his truck. He was banging his head against the wall trying. I told him where to go to find what he wanted. With one phone call he found what he wanted. Now the "just because it's in book" crowd just bested guys like you that do things the hard way. Last night he just texted me a photo of the truck all finished, and you can't tell those doors didn't come from that truck originally. No paint work was done to the truck----and this truck has fairly unique two-tone paint scheme. Folks like you need to look harder to find what you need. The rest of us will do it smarter.

The Pate Swap Meet that just this last week. Its my favorite for a number of reasons: I'm there from Wednesday to Saturday, it's close to home, I set up to sell, get to hang out with friends, get to hunt for deals and make videos

Not much. Just a new sanden compressor and a poa valve
