I think this is a bit of a forgotten classic NFL game. Very defensive game with a frantic finish.

Thank you for posting this. This is definitely a forgotten classic. The Browns played a great game.

Man Belichek had the browns on the verge of greatness before Modell ripped the rug out from under Cleveland! I hope the 2000 ravens sent him a thank you card?

Yeah seriously Belichick built that organization into what it became in 2000.

I have this game, it's one of my absolute favorites from the '94 Cowboys season. I swear, if Modell didn't move the Browns I think they would've made a deep run in '95 and maybe a SB berth by '96.

I remember this one too. As watching it, I still recalled the final play 26 years later. Agree with you. The move to Baltimore set the franchise back, it took them another 5 years to win the 2000 super bowl w Baltimore

I remember this one. It was the first notion I got that all was not well with Troy under the new coach. (Notice the way he is snapping at people, including the ref)

If you look at 22:57 it looks like Novacek slips. He should have made it into the endzone, but he didn't. Still the amazing part that less than a year later the Browns would be moving to Baltimore in 96 and the team that year after a go down with the ship.

Looks more like he thought he would fall into the end zone. He went down on his own. He typically did that. Mistake there

To me the play of the game wasn’t that, go back a couple plays before. Michael Irvin made the catch on the left side he spun inside to try & get more yards when he should have spun to his left & out of bounds to stop the clock. Don Griffin being the smart player he was gave Irvin inside & used the sideline as a extra defender.

It would take until Oct. 4, 2020 for the Browns to defeat the Cowboys again.

Whenever a team beats the Cowboys....they act like they've won the Superbowl.....
@SocialAssasin4 жыл бұрын
they had won 3 of the last 4 super bowls. They never lost at home. It was a huge win.

I think you mean whenever the Cowboys win games fans of them & talk shows on ESPN & Fox act like Dallas will win the Super Bowl.
@Xiucoatl Жыл бұрын
The reason that Dallas did not 3-peat, was to many turnovers in the season and the playoffs. Four turnovers on this game (that cost to be one game behind of the 49ers) and 5 turnovers on the NFC Championship game

The final play of this game is similar to the famous Goal Line Stand of the 2003 Indianapolis Colts-New England Patriots game. Bill Belichick being head coach in both these games.

Big reason for that is the current group masquerading as the Cleveland Browns have nothing to do with the team in this video.

@@christiancharles309 Right, the Pro-Super Bowl era and bruh, you talking about victories that didn't do shit for their seasons. 2010, 2018, and last year, they still ended up with sorry ass records!

If Bill was still part of the browns today the patriots would be tied their afc north rival the Steelers instead of the patriots. That is the most super bowl wins
