That looked like a mad feed of pork! Tasty stews and hot rolls in winter, and Vietnamese lemongrass, mint and chilli marinated pork salads with low GI noodles for summer! 😋🤤 How does wild boar and sow go in a boil up? We just use pork knuckles from our butcher or independent grocer here in South Australia. Agree with you on adding garlic to a boil up broth. Have to use a mix of watercress, baby spinach, and cabbage or equivalent from my backyard though. Can't find wild watercress and puha here in SA, but can in NSW

We don’t have neither right now. Anyway, I don’t have a e Mail so I am going to have to figure out another way to order fro Power Works in order to get what we need. Maybe they have a phone number, I will check later today. People here are getting very sick from ticks. Ohhhhh, also a big outbreak of hepatitis B from frozen strawberries 🍓. Go figure right.
