In his third lecture for Saïd Business School, Clayton Christensen looks at the process of research and explores the complexities involved in developing a theory. I am just an software engineer. I have nothing to do with business itself. But I like to learn the things I have not known before. Recently I am really into Clayton's theory. His research is unbelievably astonishing. RIP.

I guess the 'technological core' in the hote industry essentially is the "stay experience" -- consistency vs unique flavors of the land.

The video is just as relevant today as was four years ago. This day February 09, 2018, better late than never. Where's the bit of video covering Q&A? Lame of the school to not include it. We've known for hundreds of years how to do research and how to build theory: it's called the scientific method. According to this guy, Einstein, Von Neumann, Galileo, Feynman, Newton have been doing it wrong...
