You will start the day with Detox Smoothie 🥤 which is quick and easy Healthy Breakfast and will continue with two Healthy Salads 🥗 suitable for lunch and dinner. If you want something sweet during the day, there is an option Easy Chocolate Mousse which is prepared only with raw products. The dishes are carefully chosen to be Plant-based and suitable for Clean eating during the day.
Breakfast:

Detox Smoothie with orange, apple and ginger is a healthy and nutritious option for a quick and easy healthy breakfast. With only six simple ingredients, it's easy to make and perfect for those who follow a vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free diet. This smoothie is packed with the goodness of fresh citrus fruits, which are high in vitamin C, and other essential nutrients to help boost your immune system during the cold winter months.
Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 apple, cored and diced
1/2 lemon, peeled and segmented
1/2 celery stalks, chopped
