Layers:
First Layer:
75g rolled oats
5-6 large dates
70g shredded coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Combine and blend all the ingredients, then press this mixture into a cake pan to form the first layer.
Second Layer:
5-6 dates
25ml water
50g walnuts
1 tsp almond milk
A few drops of vanilla extract
Blend these ingredients and spread the mixture on top of the first layer in the cake pan.
Third Layer:
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup soaked cashews
A few drops of vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons honey or another sweetener of your choice
Blend these ingredients and spread the mixture over the previous layers in the cake pan. Let it set in the refrigerator.
Fourth Layer:
5-6 large dates
35ml water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup finely chopped apples
Blend the first three ingredients, then add the finely chopped apples and mix. Spread this mixture on top of the chilled cake as the final layer.
Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top.
