Thank you, Just A Dad! I didn’t save the manual (despite being a technical writer whose job it is to write manuals) and my coffee pot overflowed this morning. I realized I hadn’t cleaned it in a while and it was time to do that while I clean up the overflow.

If you have a coffee filter, remove it. Ensure the basket is in the coffee maker and the ensure the lid is on the carafe. Fill the carafe with plain or distilled white vinegar, to the 3 or 4 cup line. Pour that into water reservoir. Turn on machine, wait about a minute, ensuring vinegar is still in the reservoir, and turn off coffee maker. Let vinegar set for 30-60 minutes. Turn maker back on and finish running the vinegar through. Turn off. Wash carafe and basket with soap and water. Then run 12 cups of clean water thru the coffee maker, turn on and let it “brew”, do this two more times (3 cycles total). Done

Maybe this is what happened to mine (Same model) it's virtually brand new still, and it started gurgling and not working so I took it apart thinking grounds were clogging it, I even blew air through the element, it was clear but still did not want to work like when I bought it, I'll try this...

Unplugging does not reset my BrewStation and turn off the clean light, so if you have another model, the unplugging may do nothing until you clean it.
