I’m sure you don’t miss doing them in 98 degree weather! 😜 or did you ever do them outdoors? I knew your did a lot of studio work. :) It was fun but whew- that heat was almost unbearable!

Hi Michele - another great video. You always get me inspired to get up and do something. I wanted to tell you that I went to Sunday school for the first time in several months today. I was quite the celebrity and everyone was so glad to see me back and said Sunday school was not the same without me. So sweet and made me feel so good. But they were ladies talking about that movie in Sunday school this morning. One lady Said that it changed her life and she would be finding a way to help financially. Another lady works with our pregnancy help center here and she said we had a place here for some of the young girls and that one had graduated and is going to college now. My sciatica is better. I’ve been doing exercises every day that Melissa found for me on the Internet. It only takes 12 minutes to do them but I think it really helps. I have had some side effects of the infusion that I had on Monday. I broke out in whelps but they went away the next day. Then the next night I broke out again but they went away. I will tell my doctor about it in the morning. Will have my second infusion tomorrow. What I’ve read about the whelps is they would not prevent me from having the rest of my treatments. Love in Christ😮

Hello Donna! Yes the move is life changing. I can never act like I don’t know the truth of the corruption. I’m glad your sciatica is feeling better, I have flair ups with mine too, especially while vacuuming and mopping. I bet your Sunday school glass was excited to see your happy face. And you were happy to be there too. 😍 I’ve heard others talking about infusion causing welps, I wonder if it is the solution it’s mixed in. Whatever it is so hope it gets cleared up. ❤️❤️❤️

💐Hi Michelle, I’m so glad you had a great 4th with everyone!!!😁. Your grandchildren will always remember their times with you and their grandpa (pawpaw?). I do have to ask how that little Olive Grace did with all the fireworks? I k ow our LuLu had a very rough time for 3 nights!!! We had to give her a tranquilizer which seemed to have NO effect!!! She insisted on sleeping with us and hyperventilated and shook violently for hours every night!! Our lovely neighbors in the back put out unlawful fireworks for the 3 nights. It’s against the law here because of fire danger. How is your treatment doing? Is it still helping you? I saw your short instagram on what you’re taking and it looked like mostly vitamins? Are you resting now from all the work and excitement? I know you thrive on taking care of everyone, but you also need to just rest😊. Especially when it’s so stinkin hot there!!! Please take care and give that little Olive Grace a big hug and kiss!!!😁🤗❤️👏👍🌸 I just have to add this😜. I congratulate Olive Grace for putting all that hair on those ugly black boxes!!!

Hello Charby. Olive Grace was fit to be tied. She insists that I lay down so she can lay on my with her nose stuck behind my neck. Can you picture it? But I oblige because I know that type of anxiety. I am doing good on the diet. The week after this one is vegan week and when the most intense part of the liver cleanse will be. I’m praying it’s not so bad that it triggers anxiety and panic. Ptsd from medication trauma can be rough, when I feel anything that’s similar to that my body reacts. 😫 I’m am resting. In fact doing Spa night right now in my tub. ❤️ Hope you have a great week. Give LuLu a kiss from me. 🥰

hello michelle! i think you should get a shark ultralight corded stick vacuum. it has so much more power than your dyson and it won’t die because it is corded. i recomend the rocket dlx. it’s amazing!!

@@michellelowe-getinspired maybe!! i have the same dyson as you and the shark is so much more powerful especially on carpets and rugs! the dyson outsize is great too but so expensive.
