To anyone who buys this machine: DO NOT USE CHEMTOOL B12 OR ANY HARSH CHEMICAL FOR THE TESTING FLUID ON THIS MACHINE!!! It will EAT away at the internal plastic parts of the tubes and tank mechanism and destroy it. I learned this the hard way, and my man here on this video learned it quietly as well. This machine is intended to be used with Isopropyl Alcohol 91% or higher for the testing fluid, and a mix of water and ultrasonic cleaning agent for the bath. I contacted Autool about my machine’s demise, and luckily they sent me a replacement seal kit, tank, and fuel pump. I also had to replace a plastic tray that directs all the liquid into the tank. It was a nasty mess… Otherwise, this is a pretty nice machine, and Autool honors the 3 year warranty. Beware of the black gooey mess 😅

@@AnthGott, yes, autool recommends in the manual to use isopropyl alcohol to not damage the plastic parts. worked for me.

Use redline fuel system cleaner . Works better then B12. B12 came in like last place when compared with redline and other brands. The redline works like right away within seconds. Only thing I get for my Z now

Second test didn't show anything. You were getting up to 50, now you were getting up to 10. If before you had 6ml difference, now it's 5 times less. You cannot see it on that scale.

There are 2 types of Berryman's. One you put in the fuel tank, the other is concentrated for direct injection into the fuel injector.

Just bought the CT400. Appreciate the video! It was informative. I bought some cleaner liquid off Amazon and will probably use mineral spirits for testing just like you did

thanks for sharing your experience and detailed explanation of machine using. i have noticed these injectors are kehin does machine helped you know their flow rate. i have another machine but no way to measure the flow rate directly as the glass cylinders capacity only 1000 mm there is no flow rate selection on the machine only idle, high, low and leak test. how can i calculate the flow rate of unknown kehin injectors or any other injector, thanks again family man.

I go through vehicles a lot and do a lot of highway driving so fuel milage is a must for me so this comes in handy on making sure I’m getting the max out of my milage for sure

Hey cool vid !! I just started watching your Channel, because I just bought a 2003 3.2 TL and It has 138000 on it and it drives like new. Lot's of Power. Plus you cant even hear the motor when its running unless i have the gas on and Vtec kickin The 85 year old lady I bought from had it religious serviced at the dealer. and she did not rag on it. from what I understand is that these cars from Honda/ Acura are built better than most. and I would like to try to Pickup the Odyssey Intake and send you my injectors for cleaning,(Name your Price)Flat rate US POSTAL. Also, to note with an injector cleaner, when you run E85, injectors tend not to flow the same if you let them sit for too long!

Yup that’s where this machine comes in handy you can clean them E85 injectors. Not all injectors can be cleaned though unfortunately. Some just crap out when they sit too long with E in them

Thats pretty cool tool. Definitely not cheap. Subbed to agn as well. He's got some cool cars on there. I'd love be able build up a nice engine for mine like some of the stuff he's got.

He is really good at what he does and thank you for that! Definitely not cheap by any means. I didn’t have enough to get the injector basket removal tool and filters so I got just the machine. Been saving forever for one lol

@@TexasHondaChannel looks like what ya got was plenty. I saved up for a while then that stimulus hit n got my last parts for my car I been waiting lol. Now if I do anything else other then interior which I wana start doing soon. ALL custom fiberglass panels n headliner ect. I'd like to j swap it n convert to manual trans. While your giving out subs send them my way lol. Anyways. Good stuff ready to see what difference decapping injectors will do.

Learning alot. So if you want to go FI you probably want to look at your injectors and transmission before slapping on anything.

Thanks for this video! It answers a lot of my questions prior to making this purchase. Some questions: I’m guessing the mineral spirits is just for testing, acting like a tank full of gas basically, correct? Are there any other chemicals that can be used that won’t harm injectors and parts? Is the mineral spirits a one time use and throw away deal? Do you throw away as it gets dirty? For the actual ultrasonic cleaning solution, any other recommended chemicals? I’ve seen folks use carb cleaner, or even the pour in tank style chemicals. What are other options? Thanks again!

What would you want to clean a set of injectors? My dad needs to replace the injector seals on his tacoma so might as well make sure they are cleaned and flowing well while they are out.

They remove the screen of the injector tip. Makes the injector a little bigger

Understandable. For me doing what I do the machine pays for itself in 5 injector cleaning. After that it’s just saving money for me. I usually pay $65 per 4 injectors to get cleaned normally. Lol 😂

Awesome! My j35 bogged down to 500 rpm for 5 seconds after revving it in park to 3500. I d k what happened except my homemade additive was a fail even at 2 ounces. from a month ago tryin to add what diesel guys did lol

Guess ill stick with lucas for higher octane and to lubricate the upper cylinders since theres no sludge in that like mcd fryer oil I did try 2 ounces of clear oil straight out the jug as additive. Im guessing that must 've given everything a coating like lucas injector cleaner bc it was quite and lean even in lift

after cleaning result is not good compare to before test, cause you used different program. You should run same program before and after cleaning. Then you see real difference.

i use one of these at my work. for the tesrer liquid we use mineral spirits, for the cleaner we use simple green mixed with water.
