Wow, I was coughing and didn't fight it too long. At first I didn't want to cough cause I thought it would interrupt where I was (I was already sky high) but miraculously after I coughed a few times I was able to be unaffected and was able to continue going even higher. In fact I felt something strange behind my neck after I would try swallowing, almost I could feel the energy cords operating.. I'm so glad you explained that coughing could me normal, wow. 9:00 Master Co, that is not true. Time is changed through our perception. For example time flies faster when we are busy or talking stories.. We must be aware of deceptions and why they deceive, so we don't pass it on also.

I didn't greatly enjoy the interpretations here about where the OM comes from. It is universal however it stems from India it's the sound of creation in Hinduism that yes was never a religion in the first place but a way of life. Give credit where it's due. It's a sad thing that the western society does when it takes the life changing benefits of yoga and even the chakras and then give no credit to where it came from. Really sad.
