The second ahohm felt stronger seemed to vibrate deeper in my chest even though I was only listening.

I heard the whole lecture this time. This video played randomly while I was in the bathtub and I meditated right there in the epsome salt water I felt spiritually and literally clean after.

Om to me was more electric violet, energy pours down on o and ev fire blazes up out of us taking negative emotions, thought forms, feelings and manifestation taking it into annihilation. Aum on the A, golden energy rushes down through our crown into our back heart filling us up and on the u on aum during the u that energy builds and goes outward while entwining upper, middle and lower, and on the m in aum the negative energy goes up out of our crowns into the golden star where it cannot exist. I have to listen to the 3rd one a few more times...the third one feels more like a tibetan lightning bolt, you know for wishes and prayers. Master, am I close?

I am watching this a year later. I'm on a time crunch so I fast forwarded to the mediation part. I was the perfect lenghth! I was so happy you took us back into it, because at first I had a monkey mind as you put it, but then after the 5th or 6th "Let go" I could turn off my thoughts, even thoughts about God and the Angels/ Heavenly Hosts, I reached that stillness that alowed be to go higher and stay higher. Pure Serenty! Thank you!

I'm amazed that your teachings are exactly what I'm supposed to hear, and the meditation you do has helped me so much,I am so grateful, thank you master co.

Last meditation when we were doing together LIVE... during the conversation I was just speaking to myself how much difference I have gone through since March 2021 because now when I hear master Co's voice when he explains its my authentic self listening it's not my mind body or emotions. It's like my spiritual self that spark of light identifies and is happy to be here. With others and master Co. And when it comes to meditation when he says Ommmm... I elevate so high that I can keep my eyes open at the same time and watch my kids from the place am meditating and sense something before it happens e. g before the my toddler spills the juice and return back to my meditative state.... That's how master Co's voice is powerful to me... By just being still and listening to him...in conclusion :it's true that the frequency of someone is more dominant than just someone chanting om and is at a lower frequency. You have to be at a high frequency to chant om to help someone.

Chant 1 and 2 were most prominent for me. Esp second one. Thank you MasterCo, these sessions are great. Looking forward to watching the replay of yesterday prana healing intro class. Love and light 🙏🏼❤

The second Ahhh ommm seemed somehow higher than the first or third. I would like to know which class covers the difference. I would like to take that class. When the bells rang instead of seeing the blue pearl I saw different shades of yellow
