The news will not tell you what’s in that Bill. Rail freight would not move every town would have to be notified what’s on the trains. It would take forever for freight to move in this country. Plus it wouldn’t have made a Difference in this Derailment. My guess it was a wheel Bearing or cracked rail. That’s what makes Trains derail normally.
