Carrot juice is one of the healthy juice. Let us see how to make a clear carrot juice using a mixi.
Ingredients
Carrot - 250 Gm
Water, honey
Steps
Peel off the skin and slice it into thin slices as shown. Grind it first without adding water.
Now add 1cup water and grind it for 3,4 minutes, so the juice will be nicely extracted.
Filter it as shown in the video. Keep it not distributed for 10 minutes, so the extra pulps will settle down, and you can pour the clear juice, once again in a filter as shown. Now the clear juice is ready.
Better to have the juice without sugar. If you want you can add some honey.
