Its mad isnt it, six prior sessions on that lake, ok missed a couple over time but then to get four out in a 24 hour period and then back to dead again its a strange lake for sure but im real glad i had my day and what a relief too👍

Yeh that bloody carp king just kicked my arse all the way to the last day LOL. It was a real good session and social just loads of laughs wouldnt have it any other way Steph 👍

I certainly had the luck of the gods on my side for that session, ive never actually fished for pike will have to look at that at some point Steve, 👍

AH well Kev its all about earning points lol I had been working every night and weekend i could on the extension missed out on Aprils France trip so i simply said we will do a uk week instead.... only eveything fell at once and it cost a bleeding fortune with Bluebells Todber in the mix too... Time for the woods and hills 😁it was a great month though to be honest 👍

Me too mate the relief of finally getting one from that water was amazing but was crapping my pants i was going to lose it. what you didnt see was one of the lads had taken the net handle out of the block so when i picked up the net i just had the handle in my hand so i had to walk in the water and stick my hand in tha cats mouth to get the bugger out gits! LOL

Well mate it had to happen at some point im just real glad it was then and not next time 👍

Chris and i dont really have a format we just play it by ear and see what happens. I like to mess with the editing now and then and chris catches the fish lol 🤣just be yourself in the videos and dont be scared at showing you messed up, we all do it even the pros screw up, and it makes you human. good luck with your vids

I remember my first solo session i was terrified..... I kept thinking "what if i catch a chunk...what do I do LOL" we all take inspiration from others and Chris is a genuine nice chap with a great sense of humour

Carpking71 Booked on for 2 days on Sunday with my lad and his m8 . Thought that was a great idea . Tried buying a rake locally but all shops are out of stock and can’t get 1 online in time . Just going to tie a garden rake head on not ideal but better than nowt . Tim

Yes Andy I think they are brilliant alarms and even work under water, so bad weather is not a problem to these I bought the longer snag ears and put mini isotopes in them went all green with green under lit alarms and changed all the LED's on the deluxe receiver for green too all in all still working very well I broke one alarm and ended up replacing it. I didn't go for the super sensitive drums/ wheels, ie my line has to move 10mm before a bleep (2 magnets) Dave has the 4 magnets and the wind will certainly give Dave more action than mine I don't think I would buy anything else as these are simple to use, work really well and not mad money. personally I think they are worth every penny. I hope that helps... oh! some people report that the covers become hard to remove, after time. Well i still use my original ones and although they are a bit tight it does not cause me any real problems at all Dave has bought and replaced his covers with neoprene ones ......i dont need to ..... regards Matt

@@danielward7732 Ah the rods are Shimano Tribal extreme 2.75 TC with shimano 14000XTDs must admit the line gaurds on the reels are not that good, broken and had to replace two of them but apart from that they work well when you get fish on 👍
