Looks great. Atleast finally the weather is on your side. I can't believe how big the area is. Gonna be great.

Thanks Dean. Yeah we will place a few trees out there but for the most part we want open areas around buildings/houses. Terry

I have todo some clearing for a house in West Virginia and have not started because we have not settled on a floor plan yet, so hard to determine how much too clear. You guys have clay and we have rocks/boulders to deal with.

We decided we did not want trees close to the house at first. Cleared way beyond the houses. Then once we are living there we will observe where to best plant trees to get the most benefit from the shade in the heat of the summer. I want as little yard work to be done plus if a forest fire ever started at least there will be nothing close except the couple of trees we may plant as described. Good luck! Terry

Good work guys. Looking forward to each video. Do you mind sharing what music you use. I love the first song you had on this video. You use it on most videos. Love that tune.

I expect you’ll be going to put in a big french drain around the uphill side of your shop to divert the runoff from your hill safely around the sides, yes?
@ForestToFarm2 жыл бұрын
Yes french drains for sure all the way around plus we will be moving more soil around the buildings making it so water will run off in all directions, at least that is the plan, lol. Terry
