Hi, I'm new to healing sound. I'd like to ask question, do I have to start with only once chakra at first? For example only listening to sound for root chakra for few days, or can I start with all 9 frequencies?

Hello and welcome! Great question! There are really no firm rules. If I were new to sound healing, I would probably start by listening to all 9 frequencies and see how they make you feel. You could even take notes. You might find that a particular frequency feels more invigorating or intense... then you could focus on that frequency for a few days. After that, go back to all 9 and see if a different frequency stands out. if it's ever uncomfortable to listen to a particular frequency, just turn it off. Sometimes small amounts can be more effective than long (i.e. listen for 5 minutes the first day, then 10 the next, then 15, etc.). I hope this is helpful. Love and light to you!

Personally, I have found tuning forks, brainwave entrainment (like binaural beats and monaural beats) and sound healing to help my social anxiety. Please know that I am not a doctor and what I'm sharing is my personal experience. Before a social event, I try to do at least a 10 minute meditation. I often include alpha and theta brainwave entrainment, because it can be especially helpful for stress and anxiety. I also find lower chakra tuning forks helpful for this.
