Tower climber vlog. Doing small job on monopole tower in KY.
That's very first video for me so feel free to comment.
P.S
That was my bad i used wrong strap for safety, i took the wrong one. Lesson learned.

That is an odd pole. There are bolt together flanges instead of slip joints. And what is the deal with the long plates on the sides? Reinforced?

Sorry to say this, but would you please leave the music out of the actual climb? I mean, it is just better to hear the distant noises of traffic and the wind.

⚠️. DITTOS ! I was watching on a TV with the KZfaq app. The music was terribly annoying. Kinda like 1970’s disco mixed with ghetto electronic music. 🤔

Great climb if you mute the audio. BUT… silent with no background noise and sounds = extremely difficult to watch for some reason. It’s like watching Sleazy Joe P. Biden giving a “speech” (aka Dementia-Tard reading the teleprompter). (the “P” stands for Sniffin’ Joe’s middle name and the ENTIRE Biden Family & Hunter’s Business = PEDERASTY) 🤣

Couple of questions. 1 do you listen to music while climbing? 2 I noticed a lot of protruding bolts, this would seem very painful if you did fall, as you would smash into them while hanging from harness

If safety equipment used correctly then you wouldn’t fall just a couple feet maybe. Yes most of us listen to music while climbing or working but gotta keep one ear open to be cautious of your surroundings

How tall was that stick? Looking at the climb it appears to be one of the taller monopoles out there.

if my memory doesnt fail it was 205ft. looking around it was tallest one others looking like 150ft no more.

@@twrclmb6405 the tallest monopole I’ve been on was 185’ out in Lubbock, TX and it was dancing in the wind the whole time.
