Climbing to my top figs, This fig is super delicious!

I have this fig in the ground and in an area that doesn't get too much sun and with all that this fig still managed to ripen it's first fig on Sept 1. This is not a small fig but is an incredibly delicious one. LSU Tiger is highly recommended. Also tasted in this video are LSU O'Rourke, LSU Hollier, LSU Champagne, MBVS, Italian Honey, and Ronde De Bordeaux,

You inspired my fig journey! Since I reside in 5a, I was sure figs were out of reach. I have five trees on the way, and I cannot wait! Thanks for all the valuable information you provide.

I've just started growing 10 different varieties of figs, so most have not produce fruit yet. It's always nice to hear how others explain the flavors. I'm really looking forward to tasting these different varieties.

Thank you very much for sharing your video. I’m a fig affectionate too but I strongly believe that figs are a little bit like women: they’re no better or worse: they are simply different.

Where do you get the carts that you move your trees with, for the Winter and Spring? Not listed after any of your great videos. I have also been looking at mini greenhouses for next Spring already, so as to get the jump start that you provide your fig trees. I am in zone 5 b and am still hoping my trees will ripen their many fruits. It has been pouring for 2 days and nights already😩and we are due for more rain tomorrow too. This may be another unfig year🙁

Hi. On your video you mention you LSU tiger is in ground. What plant zone are you in? I also have an LSU tiger but does not know if I can plant them in ground in zone 7B. Would love to see this fig variety in ground. Thanks

Do you not have a black mission fig or a turkey fig ? Those are the two trees I have

I used to have those varieties and they are great but I don't have to much room in my back yard so I replaced them with varieties that I felt grew and tasted better for me.

@@RKfigs many of your excellent producers are later ripening figs. I will try the greenhouse start to the season for mine next year, as you do so successfully and hope I can finally get ripe figs from my trees. I have some UNK which were inherited but produced end August for previous owner, and also VDB, CH, Florea, Sicilian dark, Neapolitan UNK. Any other varieties you suggest for zone 5 b?

So why are you posting a tasting when you are not sure which ones you are trying. Kind of frustrating when you keep saying your not sure which one your tasting and describing. Rather disorganized.

Hi Gary, first of all thanks for watching, it really means a lot to me. In this video I was focused on reviewing the LSU Tiger. Since I've reviewed all my Hardy Chicago types many times in previous videos I did not put too much effort in identifying those particular varieties like I usually do when reviewing a new fig.
