you can build seperated buildings on one floor. and every Building per floor contains one Service Hib. So yes, its possible to have more Service Hubs on one Floor. The Rules say: Only one Service Hub per Floor per Building allowed.

heh--I would just put a car on top of or below every patient, doctor or orderly instead of starting them in the little parking lot space--you would never forget it since you'd always be picking up two things. Oh--it seems not to be a rule, but a patient coming in via Helicopter uses a parking space? Really? ;-P (The fly-in-the-ointment by stacking cars on patients in the one board, as i would make a house-rule that helipad doesn't need a parking space.)

The car that comes with the medevaced (helicoptered) patient makes sense to me - it is their family coming to visit.
