In Subarachanoid hemorrhage SBP 210 to less than 140... It means artery more dilated can precipitation more hemorrhage...??? Sudden reduction of BP can precipitate more hemorrhage???

Hi sir ...when I'm 25 yrs in my first pregncy after 8th month I detect hypertension and in 3rd month hypothyroidism..after delivery it's subside and after two yrs second pregncy same prblm started and after delivery it's subside ld but after one year again my BP become hyper and hypothyroidism..since 4 yrs I'm taking medicine both...I want to get rid of this please tel me what can I do
