This is one of the best looking men I've ever seen. The looks, build, manners, talent, and class all in one place.

T DEMO yes yes yes! The first time I ever saw him I was binge watching Jack Benny. He introduced him and I ha d no idea who would be walking out and when this hunk of man walked out on the stage I had to watch the episode over and over and just from that show I could tell he was a humble classy man. Just a gentle giant and sexy. What every woman wants unless she’s an idiot!

Clint was such a beautiful talented man and yet so humble.. I love reading all I can about his life story. He was never appreciated by Hollywood as he should have been. I so wish he was still here among us.

@Heavenzvoice6 жыл бұрын
Walt Keast me too... I liked Ricky and so can see her attraction to him as well but I wonder if Clint would’ve treated her better. He didn’t seem like a womanizer. You didn’t hear about it even if he did.
@MrVidaeverdade5 жыл бұрын
Are you talking about characters or people? Ricky was a character and Ricky was not a womanizer. Desi was a person and he was a womanizer. Lucy and Frank, the characters in this episode, were unmarried so they could have been a couple, but Lucille Ball and Clint Walker, the people, were both married to others at this time, so they were not available for each other.

If Clint showed up at my house in a tux and then fell asleep on top of me on my sofa, I can absolutely promise you I would NOT be thinking of turkey no matter how hungry I was! :) :) This clip is priceless. Mary Wickes is about the only actress ever who could hold her own against Lucy. Clint is, as usual, perfection. (Hello, Mr. Monument! Love that!) Lucy always delivers a laugh. What a wonderful Christmas present, Theo. Thank you.

You know I often wonder if Clints wife ever had just the slightest tinge of jealousy, he starred with so many women, very beautiful women. I know Clint wasnt the type to do that kind of thing, Im just saying I wonder about how Susan felt deep down, I know I think I would have had some issues with that, even if I knew he wouldnt even dream of doing anything with these gals. So handsome and nice, what woman wouldnt want that? And the women that he worked with couldnt help but be attracted to him. I guess the trust between Clint and Susan was very strong, and she must be a very stable gal. to be able to see him kiss and hug other women. In all honesty I dont know if I could have been as strong.
@valeriepertee70105 жыл бұрын
Clint was married to his first wife Verna until 1968 during his appearance here. He married Susan his 3rd wife in 1997
@cf89594 жыл бұрын
He was married 3 times. Divorced only once....the first wife. She’s also the mother of his only child. One wife passed away and the last one he passed away. In this day and age ..... with a man that looks like that....women would be throwing themselves all over all the time. He seemed like a 1 woman man. Such a sweetheart.
@janethartwig7744 жыл бұрын
I have no idea what broke down his first marriage but he did not remarry for several years. After his second wife died he was again single for a few years. Each if his marriages lasted 20 or so years. He was a man of honor; his wives knew he was not going to cheat on them.

I think the turkey was supposed to split in two and perhaps fall on the floor, but these great performers still made the scene work. Ball, brilliant as usual, is thinking in terms of the camera angle and treating the scene as a theatrical function, so she delicately turns the prop "turkey" so the audience can see the split breast Clint just 'karated' and both she and the other actress subtlely open the split turkey so it is more evident it's been crushed.

To get through this scene without laughing at the antics of any of them is hard to imagine. And to pretend to be asleep? Did they make Clint's costumes this way on purpose or or what? He always seem to have sleeves that ride up and pants too short.

I think it was weird seeing Mr walker in a comedy setting I prefer to see him in a on top of a horse .Not used to seeing him out of the western setting I do think he was better in westerns than o a comedy show
