Looked at it online plus a few of their gaming ones & while the gaming ones say 4k it's only 4k pass through & only records in 1080p. I think I'll stick with my Avermedia Live Gamer Portable 2 plus. I used to use a Roxio HD Capture Pro BUT it requires a PC & it doesn't record party chat. More reasons y i bought the LGP2+ is cuz i can record to a micro SD card & not need a pc as well as it can record party chat on PS4 all by hooking 2 cables into the front to which one goes in my headphones & the other goes in my PS4 Controller. I'm sure as more ppl by next gen console these companies will upgrade to native 4K recording.

For video capture definitely it seems to copy everything. Gaming is different as it drops to 1080 60 if you go above 4K 30. The remote is handy

@@leepspvideo Thanks, I've tried the second one and works just fine. However, what I had in mind was a physically connected setup. So something like very short wires connecting phone and pi400, and a compact case that would keep everything stored or hold your phone when in use. Just an idea :)
