Does the C:\Windows\System32\sysprep\sysprep /generalize /oobe /reboot command reset the activation ?

Does the sysprep cause the 90-days evaluation thingie to reset?

IIRC it doesn't, you'll still have to use the slmgr -rearm command

Those who claim you don't need sysprep is actual silently proclaiming their lack off knowledge. The option to Sysprep is to install every os on bare metal. There is no clone of Windows Server OS that will guarantied to work 100% without sysprep or bare metal install.
