Yeah I just commented something about that. He close grips more than I can max. I Max 350. I can close grip control 225 for 12 to 15. But I'm getting old anyway I'm 42. I've called bodybuilding quits a few years back in my early 30s. Being 205 or 2:10 12 to 15% body fat year-round good enough for me. I didn't do bodybuilding as a career though obviously because well my physique sucks. Comparably anyway. Like I was good at putting mask on but yeah I just didn't have good tie-ins or muscle bellies. I was just like a little tank that 250 250 with my highest yeah I think so. My lines were great because I'm taller 511 so it just looks better than short people. It just takes a while to fill it out. it took me until I hit 225 to stop looking like a swimmer. I would flexing people were like whoa where'd that come from. Because my arms were 20 at the biggest but somebody have a short that would have 17 in arms 18 in arms would look bigger than mine if that makes sense. I guess I just shared all that out of boredom anyway heading back to work

That's what I said my Max is 350. I can close grip the 225 for like 12 reps 15 but this is ridiculous LOL but in a good way. He gets a count off on a lift off. And then I think it was already mentioned here in the comment section. He was doing it so smooth like it was in a Smith machine. And then what I commented last. His forearms are bigger than Chris's upper arms with the sweatshirt on. I've met a few guys in person when I was younger I'm 42 now. But I remember I didn't know that they were all that short. Ian's not sure I think he's like five 10 5 11. But I remember the first person I met was Lee priest. I literally took 5 minutes for my mind to comprehend what I was seeing. This guy couldn't even walk his legs were so f****** big he waddled LOL a little fun fact too if anybody remembers the first incredible hulk movie with David man I can't remember his name the Australian actor. Anyway the CGI hulk. They usually priests arms as the hawk alarms but obviously the thing it to scale. Because Lee priest and only a few other guys. Sergio oliva I believe could pull off that front double bicep but with the forearms facing out. It's got a specific name but I can't remember it but not too many people can do it. Do you have to have your forearms the same size as your upper arms or bigger. I ran into the bigger part well and the same size because when I was in my prime they're the same size but when I stopped working out due to injuries from roadside bombs and shrapnel and stuff my forearms were genetic strong point anyway so when I shrunk my forearm stayed around 17 well they shrunk but they were 17 in and then my arms were like 15 so it looked like Popeye

Lol this guy .. on three... one , two , three. Close grip four plates. Control repetition. I can't even Max. My Max is like 350. This dude warms up with it. LOL Ian. I wouldn't mind meeting this dude in person. I've been a lot of guys in person but I watched the bro chat and all that on FUAD channel. I mean he looks massive in the videos and whatnot but I bet in person this guy's a f****** tank.

Why are the triceps not engaged?😂 They're recruited maximally on the press or else the bar would fall on your face.

@@hoebitchassmf3595 I can rep 270 for 10 on incline bench at 175 pounds bodyweight. My mile time is also easily sub 6 minutes. So sure i’m not the strongest guy ever but I’m doing more than most and probably more than you. So let’s see what you’re doing tough guy.

And stupid reasoning. Triceps are still engaged. If they weren't then the arms would be flacid on the press.

Also one more comment. Let us think in that obviously Chris bumstead he's he's a big guy obviously. Now look at the comparability of Ian's forearms to Chris's upper arms with the sweatshirt on. LOL same size or bigger. Jesus!
