one of my good friends mom has nails like these, not so long, but long enough to where they curve. It pisses me off to see ppl who tell her she's gross because of it cuz most of the time when ppl have nails like these they are just about the cleanest ppl i've ever met. You HAVE to be to maintain these nails. she cleans them three times a day and, like this woman, goes and get's them painted. Sad part is ....what makes most people happy is hurting and tearing down other humans. She’s got long beautiful pieces of art she wears that she loves and all you have is a sour heart at the end of the day but I don’t think you’ll get featured on television for that one....sorry. Part of me finds something humorous about her, religious and married to a man, having a humble attitude and longer nails than the other girl on YT with curling nails who is a Satanist and married to a woman, sassy and flashy actually has much shorter nails and had to cut them off. They're like polar opposites of each other.

Yes. Those nails could look disgusting and gross. But they all have opinions. My opinion is that once they curl, they are too long. But they look fine. If you like them, keep them!! Those people are just hiding behind a computer screen. So it's fine. You are gorgeous and calm. People just have opinions but unfortunately they put it harshly. Just ignore them.

I completely understand the long nail plight. I too had long nails but only let them grow about 7/8 inches. However, in as much as you can do pretty much everything, scratching your ear with your nail is not quite right. Only because, you can't put the pressure of the tip of your nail on (not in) the itch as you would a bare finger or Q-tip...basically, you can't scratch it. Surely anyone can put the tip of a nail in their ear but if you want relief you have to "get in there" a bit. I just use a q-tip. The base of the nail would get too much pressure on the nail bed causing too much discomfort. Also, people don't understand that nails (real nails) grow with you so you've adapted to the length as time goes on and make accommodations that actually work. Things you can't do are obviously are swimming...again the pressure of pushing the water back would stress the nail bed and riding a bike with breaking levers if you ride holding the handles "normally" you couldn't reach up and grab the breaks...but, those are things you can get creative with as well, like, riding a bike where you break with your feet. Putting in and taking out contact lens.....can't do...There is also NOT a correlation between growing long nails and hair for some people. I've noticed most people with super long nails do not have long healthy NATURAL hair. Just an observation but just pointing out some of the observations. Also I have issues with reattaching nails that have broken. Once broken your re-growth begins at the point the nail breaks. If not, we can all simply reattach nails we've grown over 22 years or however long and too have a record for growing long nails. The truth is, everyone can grow nails, we all do, it's how we maintain them after they grow out. Do we use them as tools, saturate them with product (acrylic/glues...etc.). Unlike hair which grows, stops, may not grow, have health related issues (alopecia etc), nail grow, that is why we always have a nail bed, our nails break and repeatedly grow. Another experience is sleep. Although I never had any issues (but again, I only had 7/8 inch nails, I never did anything to them while I slept and ironically never broke a nail during sleep. I'm wondering if you slept with your nails covered or what if anything you did to protect them. Anyway, just sharing thoughts/experiences with nails. They are pretty and yes kids are delightful, they love the....Adults snarl but that's okay too. Looking good my long nail sister!!!
