Hey kim, it's been about 2 years since I've watched your channel, and you're still the crazy, amazing, loving mom i remember. I used to watch your channel all the time with my grandma, and i can't tell you how much she loved you, but sadly, 2 years ago, she passed away from cancer. I started to think about memories of things we would do together recently, and the first thing that came to mind was watching you, so i just had to find you again. Im so happy that you are still posting and being yourself because you are truly such an amazing inspirational person,i love you so much. I hope you see the commet❤❤

I came really close to dying in a car accident. I was in a coma for 3 months and in therapy for 5 extra months. It taught me oatience for sure. I enjoy everything that comes my way. A small breeze that feels good? I close my eyes, spread my arms and thank God for the blessing. You can't take anything with you so enjoy everything God puts in your path.

I'm on a health journey and I am now in the habit of always having a veggie tray and a fruit tray in the fridge. Also, hardboiled eggs and cooked chicken. It makes life way easier.

You should create a new shopping closet out of one of ur other closets. Basically, anytime you buy something, put it in the shopping closet until you have time to put it away. That way, ur personal closet doesn’t get messed up, nothing new ever gets lost, and you have a magical closet full of things you need and want that you forgot u bought.

I have a small mason jar of flour that I keep in my seasoning cabinet for making a roux or thickening or when I need small amounts of flour. It's easier than pulling the big container out.

Hi Kim 😊 hope you are well and happy! Just wanted to share that my son is turning 18 this month wich is the age of being an adult in Canada. I'm hiding it well but I am so emotional and I cry often. I can''t tell you how much I miss sitting on the floor to play with him or teach him little things and bring him to the park. It has been the most wonderful time of my life for sure. My youngest is about Avalina's age. So it's super fun and we are always laughing and joking together. I can't complain but I do really miss those days. And, this month I have to say, I feel 18 years postpartum :') 💗

Kim, they sell reusable lids for your canning jars on Amazon. I have regular mouth and wide mouth. The white ones work the best. Those colorful lids don't seem to screw on and off as smoothly. We have over 700 jars. We can so much every year and i always use them for storing food, spices and so much more. When opening a jar of pickles, I'll slap one of those reusable lids on them. No spillage in my fridge. 😂😂😂😂

Target has in their dollar spot a compost bin that’s really great for kitchen scraps to take the chickens! I saw it in your instagram post too on the bottom shelf. ☺️

@@thewadsquad lol yeah, my mum used to say the more clothes you have the more you have to organise, you can also go longer without doing a laundry load...so it builds up into a laundry mountain. Plus if everyone has sooo many clothes that problem just multiplies.

Adaline Zook does a lot of canning with grocery store bought food. Highly recommend her how-to's. I've watched you cook many, many times and canning IS a science. You cannot "measure with your heart" when it comes to canning.

I’ve been praying for you Mrs Alma! Any updates?! If you would say a prayer for me I would really appreciate it! I really suffer with several chronic pain and fatigue conditions all over my body and have had a lot of emotional trauma as well. Life is hard but God is so good! He’s given me a sweet 8 year old daughter to live for!

My kids are24, 19 and 20 so yes relaxing does come. I actually miss being so busy now that mine don’t need me everyday. They work full time and drive themselves so the day does come but my laundry still looks like yours lol! I’ve told them Sunday nights are family dinner night it’s the only night everyone is home based on schedules. I miss dinner time, I miss running them everywhere!! Definitely cherish like you do the time you are in. It’s so true the days are long but the years are oh so short!!

I keep a small jar of flour in my baking cupboard, which is easily accessible, and use it when I am rolling out pastry, making Roux sauces and only need a small amount. I have a corner pull-out basket arrangement and it is so much more convenient than pulling out my big container of flour. Your wardrobe is so much fun, enjoy it. That song - perfect!!!!!

I've trained everyone in my house to leave the lid of the washer open after emptying it. This helps by keeping odors away as it drys out, but also let's me know if I see it closed to check for a load needing to be put in the dryer.

If you add corn starch to your Taco seasoning you get the same affect that you get when using the packets. Just add a little water after the beef is done cooking and then add the seasoning in.

For nice and creamy mashed potatoes keep a bit of that hot water from the potatoes instead of putting yogurt or milk that changes the taste , you can add that water until you feel it looks creamy and not dry

Our first born is graduating from high school in May, and will be leaving for college in August, so that song really hit home. I’m so glad that I spent the years playing and creating. The house is always going to need attention, but that’s one area that I can neglect. I don’t let it get to the point of looking like an episode of Hoarders, but I refuse to spend my weekends cleaning. Give me quality time with my babies and my husband. ❤

Love the closet, clean out motivates me and I love the passage you read it brought tears to my eyes, it is so true in the end the house will be there. Have fun this weekend!! We are going to the Hotel Hershey with our grandchildren, it is a gorgeous hotel it sits on the hill in Hershey, right across is the amusement park but we’re not going there. We stick around the hotel going in the pool and they have activities and there’s chocolate world, a zoo and the Hershey gardens. . We go about 3 to 4 times a year, the kids love it. Always love your videos, I appreciate the time and energy that you put into your videos!!❤️

I make my boiled eggs with mayonnaise too but no salt added! I also make them with vinegar and mustard! I top them with paprika and a sliver of green onion for a decorative garnish. Your closet, oh boy lol!

Hi Kim, I love watching you clean your closet!!! Mine looks like yours all the time. I can relate. A tip for the mac & cheese. Some of my kids like the bread crumbs other's don't. What I do now is take some butter melt in a frying pan then add the bread crumbs to the butter brown it up a bit. I then put in a bowl next to the mac & cheese so people can put it on themselves if they want it. Works out great and I get to please everyone at the same time. You are a great mom and I have learned to do what I can...good enough is OK. Thank you for teaching me that. Hugs and blessings I also have to take dramine when we go to a park. No rides for me without it. Even the kiddie rides make me sick.
