Love this, your description of each chakra is so spot on, thought I'd summarise what you've said here in case that helps the community: (1) First chakra ~ red: love, groundedness, safety (also your tribe) (2) Second chakra ~ orange: creativity (your relationship with one other) (3) Third chakra ~ yellow: personal power (relationship with yourself) (4) Fourth chakra ~ green: nature, spring, new buds, growth (5) Fifth chakra ~ blue: expression, time to speak up!, your voice (6) Sixth chakra ~ indigo: 3rd eye, vision, subconscious knowledge, intuition, ideas (7) Seventh chakra ~ lilac: spiritual chakra, connection to God/higher self

I love the video and all the colourful clothes, but I must say, as a Buddhist of many years, that there is no ancient Hindu or Buddhist text that describes the chakras has having specific colours. In fact, we can’t even agree on how many chakras there are. The rainbow system of chakras was not made popular until the 1970s, mostly on the back of Christopher Hill’s book, “Nuclear Evolution: Discovery of the Rainbow Body”. The better way to channel the chakras is through sound, that’s why we intone what we chant. The solfeggio frequencies are also good for this purpose.

Just had a beautiful cold walk in the high fells of the Lake District, watched the sunset with a bottle of beer, had a hot bath watching you and this is my jumpstart to the new year I needed. I’ve worn indigo (unconsciously) for the last 10 years trying to extract myself from an insidious controlling marriage, I’m nearly there and will be wearing yellow all year!! With lip2cheek of course! Thanks 🙏🏻

Love this! Maybe next week; "you can never go wrong with this" outfits. Sometimes just a slightly bit menopausal and just feel like nothing that day is working. Then I need an outfit to fall back on. an outfit like: "this is always a good look and will work any day"outfit...Greetings from the Netherlands ❤

As a chakra dresser myself i know that for most of us it takes a long time to assemble one colour outfits that meet all your other style preferences too. A good place to start for me was working with scarves do some excerses wearing them and notice how the colours make you feel and act. For the best flow of energies wear silk, but other good quality materials work too.l

Love this video!! I practice yoga and have studied chakras but have forgotten about the power and how we can embody the chakra energies by wearing the color associated with it. The orange and pink is soooo lovely. You always inspire me Trinny and team! Please tell us where to find the undershirts with shoulder pads. Or show how you wear your shoulder pads if you add them to your bra. Also, what would you call the “jumper” in the U.S. I want to do a Google search. ❤

😊Yes, I rather liked the bright 🧡💓orange & pink combo too. Have a beautiful brand new silky soft rose pink cardigan & maxi circle skirt that I inherited from my mom🥰. Resisted wearing it bcos the pale color felt frumpy😔 (like something for 👵ladies who lunch 🍽). 🤔Thinking of trying it w/an orange baby tee that RARELY gets any wear. 🎉It might just be the pop of fun & rebellion it needs to spice🧂it up. Also have some slip-on pink leather Vans. 😉You're correct about a jumper being a sweater or sweatshirt nowadays. 👧Although growing up the "jumper" referred to a pinafore type dress w/a front bib (& sometimes another one in the back too). this is such a wonderful idea! I often listen to chakra healing music depending upon my mood or what I think I need. I would love to see a video from you about how to maximize a minimal capsule wardrobe with a limited color palette. I so admire your style and daring with colors and shapes, but I'm just not suited for that. I find it very logical that you gravitated too Essential Antwerp bc of A= good price/quality ratio B= ALL THE BRIGHT AND VIBRANT COLORS you can want & the bling bling C = modern & versatility in the pieces = too very wearable on daily basis D=all the above = Trinny The blue look!? I love this video, I don't own many of these colours but I think I will start a collection! I wonder if you would consider a suggestion/idea for a close confession video? I love neon colours but the brands Trinny wears are not within my budget...would you think about doing a video about neon colours and where we could get more affordable / high street brands? 🎉 Trinny & Vibrant Color 🎉 is a 🎆 CELEBRATION 🎇 of life. ❤ Absolutely adore 🥰 her BOLD 🖍Crayola Column Dressing ↕️, but I don't aspire to that same level of 🪄 showmanship🕺 or 💃greatness✨️. 🤩Navy will always be a wardrobe staple for me👍. Simply do NOT have it in my heart to (💸buy or) wear 🌈bright head-to-toe color😳. Not a big fan of choppy color (👚🩳👛🥿) either🤣. Find it extremely challenging to coordinate color with the majority of my dark neutrals too. 🤔Although starting to see the wisdom🦉 of pairing gray tee & matching sneakers with my fuschia or purple pencil skirts. Neutral or not, my white t-shirt & trainers seem to 🤜compete🤛 for dominance with those two 🌈bright colors😔. No longer opposed to trying these two 💓pencil skirts💜 with tan🤎 loafers & accessories, but that's NOT a color I can wear near my face😖. I realize I really don’t like the monotonal look, monochromatic is fine as in different shades of a colour, but these shades were all too similar and overwhelming. Nice Video idea though ❤
