This is the Best closet tour on KZfaq hands down. Fast paced, well filmed, no snob, it's personal...I mean Jaclyn did an amazing job! Right now, I am sitting in garage converted into an apartment that is probably less than 600 sq ft that is in someone’s backyard. I have no money for gas, much less my bills, and I am dealing with extreme trust issues. My fiancé has a drug addiction problem and has relapsed multiple times now. Knowing your story, and that you were in my position once, gives me hope that this will not be my whole life. I doubt you read this, but thank you for the non-intended encouragement that it can get better.

+Emma Lynn Youre kidding right? Jealousy cannot yield kindness. It is not a healthy feeling. Envy is nothing to write home about. You should feel inspired and motivated and happy for the other person...those are healthy feelings. Jealousy is not. Stop trying to justify it. Even if you're broke you shouldn't be jealous, you should still feel happy for others and feel motivated to get the same success. What a very warped way of looking at things.

Kris Uler I agree jealousy is not a healthy thing but unfortunately it is a human emotion and some people just get stuck there (which it is sad to me) I am all for women being successful because I feel it does push women to work harder. I am a single mother and work my ass off and jacklyn does inspire me to work harder and I see people could be jealous bc some are struggling to feed their families but we have to understand that it’s not jacklyns fault she has worked super hard for what she has and should do what she wants. And jacklyn does give back so let’s all try to keep that in mind. Let’s us women be happy for eachother and wish the best I love successful women and they push me to work harder. Let’s just all be happy and try not to stay in the jealous emotion. Congrats jacklyn you worked your ass off for this and let’s all celebrate eachother❤️

I hope you see this comment! So long story short my mother met you when you were staying at a hotel she works at and she said you were one of the nicest people she’s ever met. You even took the time to talk to her and you let her show you pictures of makeup I’ve done. She called me that day and said, “mija I just met a makeup girl that I think you will love!” Little did she know she was meeting one of the biggest girls in the game. Just wanted to say thank you for being so kind to my mom and for giving her your palette to give to me. She has to deal with a lot of hardships and the fact that you showed her so much kindness really stuck with her and with me. So thank you again for showing so much kindness to her ♥️ It’s a story we both hold dear to our hearts

For those who don’t understand the intro or outro: it’s satire. Jaclyn has always been nervous about filming/posting a video like this because of the backlash it might receive. Just remember that growing up she didn’t have a lot of money. Like the stories she said when she worked at Mac, she was sleeping in her car and sometimes couldn’t even afford to eat. She’s worked really hard for her money. She has a lot of material things but she’s still humble inside. Just take this into consideration. 😊

Grace Hoag I don’t think coming from meager beginnings means you necessarily remain humble in the long run... in fact you see quite the opposite with lots of people that come into fame or money. I’ve always been a big fan of Jaclyn’s and I don’t know of anyone else I’d place above her in terms of makeup talent, but Jaclyn and the word humble would never fall into the same sentence in my mind these days 🤷🏼‍♀️ everything she posts just looks like she’s screaming for attention. It’s just all so over the top, satire or not.

Alexandra Kula do you not remember her giveaways she was doing during the christmas time??? she was giving away THOUSANDS of dollars worth of things and was even so nice to give single moms gift cards for them and their children to help them out. she is one of the most humble social media influencers especially compared to the others. she has a kind heart and a happy soul and in no way does she seem to be screaming for attention or trying to show off. if she was she would’ve sat there and explained the price and brand of everything where she actually just explained the organization and value to her of the stuff. please don’t say things that aren’t true even though this an opinion i just don’t think she is that person at all

Alexandra Kula I respect your opinion and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The reason why I think Jaclyn is humble is like how someone just stated, her giveaways. I also think she’s humble because of how much she cares for her family, friends, and subscribers. She has a lot of nice things obviously but if she has the money and wants to spend it I am in no way judging her. Everyone is entitled how they spend their money. Again, I still believe Jaclyn to be humble and genuine.

As I watched this random video it reaffirmed to me how I wish for myself to be the opposite, also in terms of lifestyle. I want to move in the opposite direction, to simplify my life, to declutter, to value what really matters, to be more aligned with nature and less immersed in artificiality, to give more, to hoard less. I still love makeup and fashion as a form of expression but only to a reasonable extent, I'd never want these to be the center or super important of my life. But I don't judge those people who are enchanted by this lavish lifestyle if it brings them fulfilment, it's just not who I want to be personally.

Why is everyone so surprised and talking about the money.... Jaclyn said her Morphe palette sold over 1,000,000 units - so let’s do some math. If her palette was $39.00(?) x 1,000,000 that’s $39,000,000 in sales, not profit. I don’t suspect Morphe would be greedy so I’d imagine she would have atleast received a check for $5,000,000 of that after production, labor, lab costs, etc. that could buy her entire house, closet, cars, etc. TWICE just for one brand deal. Don’t be so shocked, that industry is fucking loaded! Congratulate her and move on with your own hustle... good example of achieving whatever the fuck you want to - even before the age of 30. This is the GOALS. To have worked so hard to own all of these beautiful items, and yet still be so humble. I can confidently say I KNOW that if someone came and took all of Jaclyn Hill’s belongings from her, she wouldn’t give a damn. Yes, she loves her clothes and shoes and sparkle. Love your personality! In most closet tours, they show the most expensive things but you shared your most sentimental pieces. You never mentioned price tags or expensive brands. Love the ways you show your love for your siblings too. Your energy is also so HIGH from beginning to end, I almost felt tired for you but loved it anyway. :)

🚨 PSA 🚨 Yes this video is about everything in Jaclyn’s closet, no she is not bragging, she is only giving her subscribers what they wanted to see. Yes this closet includes expensive things that some people can’t afford, but if you feel angry towards that then do yourself a favor and not watch the video. Having your own opinions is one thing, but completely hating and dragging Jaclyn for getting the things she DESERVES and worked hard for is another. We all know the disrespectful comments stem from envy that nobody wants to admit. No she has not forgotten where she came from, making videos from her dining room table and not being able to afford majority of the things she has today. Just because she’s moved forward and became successful enough to fulfill her dreams, people shouldn’t drag her down to stay at the same level as they are.

Just came to this video after watching her empty house tour. I have already seen this video when she uploaded it but I can not believe the hate and shade in the comment section. I just wanted to say that I loved the intro, it made me laugh. I think it is an amazing closet and I am super happy for her that she can afford this, but she also worked for it. Say what you want, think what you want. But I love Jaclyn and I will always love her and support her. I honestly think she did the intro like this because she is so conscious of the fact that people are talking so negatively about her. I think she felt sort of bad and unsure of the fact that she was posting a closet tour because she knew it would trigger haters or something. The intro feels like she want's to make the video feel not as serious. She doesn't want to brag about everything she has so she brings some humor into it to let that sort of reflect. I personally thought it is cute, funny and it reminded me why I subscribed to her years ago. I don't know, but this is just something I thought of and maybe this is not the reason at all. Either way, it does not matter. She should post whatever she wants. Let's be nice people. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. LOVE YOU JACLYN.

Jaclyn’s boutique...I mean closet, is literally every woman’s dream. Idk if I wanted to love it, hate it, or cry that my closet didn’t look like that. I have a very organized closet (I might be just as OCD as her w/ coordinating by color etc) but god damn, that was an impressive closet & so beautiful. Out of all the closets of famous ppl, I think hers is the best I’ve seen...besides Lisa Vanderpump of course 😂 I can’t imagine how much everything in that closet adds up to.
