I love how he says close first and the process also eliminates some customers which lines up with what you say Dan about difficult buyers and is a great way to get rid of them and only deal with affluent or sophisticated buyers who are serious about buying and not a difficult or cheap customer who just wants to go window shopping or try to have you negotiating prices or offers.

As a nurse, I can relate to Ryan's commitment to "the process". I also feel as if I need to "sell myself" with every patient. My process with every new patient is to ease their anxiety by letting them know what to expect during my 12hr shift. Any conflicts are met with compromises. Once they realize that I respect their needs & wants, I earn their trust and it makes my shift go much easier. I loved it, even though it didn't make me very popular being that I was in a toxic work culture surrounded by people who prioritize their egos over results. Thanks for the video!!!

Set expectation, Follow process. People like to shops with friend. Be their short term friend. Eliminate sales person frame. Let them know you are the best person to be with. Luck= opportunity meets preparation. Be your own biggest fan.

Hello Dan, please help me. I’m a struggling entrepreneur. I want to ask you if you can make a video on what to do when everything you try so hard in business doesn’t work. So many deals gone off because of bad luck , last minute mind changing. How to continue to go forward when it seems nothing you try so hard doesn’t work? People talk a lot but then they don’t buy.
