Hope you got your answers. In case you didn't get it. You have to register for FSSAI which cost 2000/- and a trade license from city corporation office it cost around 2000-3000. You can register on Zomato and swiggy. For swiggy you need a GST number. But not required in zomato. On initial stage no need to set up a separate kitchen you can start from home. And if it running well and you're getting 20-30 orders on daily basis then you can be set up well and equipped kitchen. Thanks and one more thing do run your ads on Facebook and Instagram

I appreciate your comment because you are also right on your side but I am also not wrong.
