You asked, we delivered! For those that were curious, here is a breakdown of the differences between the new Club Car Onward and the older Precedent models. I had my club car president at the beach, it was a 2006. I bought it used in 2008, drove it till 2021. And sold it for more than i paid for it.That cart drove like a sports car. Drove a Yamaha, for a week, i can tell you that the club car was a much better ride. Z EZ go is worse than the Yamaha's ride. Yamaha carts are nice carts, and you can with optional extras get it to ride almost as good as the club car. But the frame on the club is the deal breaker period!!!

Both are very nice, im glad they updated the body on the onward though. The precedent design was looking old

Agreed, However you would be paying about $3000 MORE for the Onward® over the Precedent® and the only real difference is the front body and a few trim pieces, you could save the money, buy a Precedent® then later next year buy the Onward® Body and trim pieces, and you would have saved a few thousand dollars

If I disable the OBC or On Board Computer on my 2006 Club Car Precedent, can I use a LINKS Series charger EPS by Lester Electric to charge my cart? Thank you.

Im not sure on that charger, ask the seller if it is a "smart charger" they should know unless you bought it online then good luck, IF it is a smart charger then you are partly correct, you would want to find the thick negative wire coming back from the charge receptacle, now, you dont want to just chop that wire, you want to use a 3 way connector, re-connect the wire you just chopped, and your third wire will go from that connector to main battery negative.

@@justincase2830 Id save your money though.....Sure they look nice, BUT they are a few thousand more than a Precedent® and there is no real difference ,...like the video points out
