For me, One Million is way better than Eros! Eros have a nice opening but the drydown is too minty which personally ended up disgusting me. In the same genre than Eros, I prefer the drydown of Le Beau by JPG. I know that One Million and Paco Rabanne in general are snubbed by much of the internet perfume influencers and communities. But for me, few perfumes rise to its level and give me such a "Wow effect" as One Million. For me, It's a masterpiece in its genre! And in the "Sweet Category", I also love: La Nuit de l'Homme (OG), Chanel Allure Homme (OG) and CH Men (OG) for giving an idea of what I like.

I wear EROS daily. It's easy to wear in any situation. One Million is just too much raw sweetness for everyday wear.

I have both fragrances. I just got my first bottle of Eros earlier today but I'm on my second bottle of 1 million. I agree that Eros is a little more versatile, but I wear 1 million in the daytime also. I don't use it as just a nighttime clubbing fragrance. I also have Creed Aventus which I think is the most versatile of the three. I've gotten the most compliments on the Creed.

This type of video was rlly cool. I’ve been a big fan of one million. I don’t wear it as much as I do now but it’s such an easy wear imo. Eros has rlly never worked for me. I enjoy flame more but the DNA just isn’t my thing. I’ve smelled it in the air and enjoyed it on others but on me I’m not a fan.

I have Eros EDP and a sample of 1Million Lucky, not the OG. Not sure if I've smelled 1 Million. A match up for the future may be the battle of the Elixirs. Just pick 2.

Eros is definitely my favorite of both of these and I like that you mentioned the dry down. This, to me, is the most important part of any fragrance. Most of the time you are to the dry down before you walk out the door. Yes, the opening is what gets people to continue paying attention to their own fragrances, but the dry down is what everyone else gets.

I think there should be some weight to each category. It’s a cologne, smell and versatility should have more influence on final decision than presentation or uniqueness.

The one the will be better is the one that disappears into obscurity and then makes a resurgence comeback. Considering there are so many clones and dupes of them then that says something of their enduring popularity. I like both but they don't work so well for older folks like me. If I use them then it is very sparingly.

Maybe I got a bad batch, but 1 million EDT lasts 1 hour, 2 tops, on My skin. Only proyects if I overspray. Love the smell tho.

1 million is always in the UK clubs, for £1 a spray, don’t think I’ve ever seen Eros 🤙🏻

Eros EDT is more refined but it will not last long. Eros EDP is better but a slightly darker then Eros EDT. I have all 3 . 1 million I like but I love my Eros EDT/EDP. I keep a travel Eros EDT in my car bc it doesn’t last

I really don’t run into many guys wearing 1 Million anymore. If you still club, I guess you will, but I’m usually on stage singing and I still get positive reactions from both. Can’t go wrong with either one of these or Ultra Male really.

For me one million wins. When ever I wear it I get Tons of compliments . For Me Eros Edp is better than edt as Eros edt can not project as much as one million and although Eros might seem like a modern scent actually one million rocks in terms of complements .

For me 1 Million wins, I don't know about the states but 1 Million was the thing you wore to get laid a foursome - it is the european Fierce for that matter 😁 But yeah, Eros is a great one without question, but truly Eros only gained quality with the EdP and Parfum. To this day, 1 Million gets the women desiring and craving for man. So ofc Eros does and did too but yeah I think from expierence and hearings 1 Million aged better.

There are still nightclubs? I thought they all died out around 2012 or so. I think everyone started using dating apps and killed the club life off. Back in the day, JPG Le Male was mmmoney with the girls. All the way thru the mid 2000’s I got complimented on it often when on colder nights out.

Well, I'm no longer at an age where clubbing is a regular thing 😅 To me, Paco Rabanne One Million has always had a youthful smell. For that reason, I think it's the better clubing fragrance. Just be careful because clubs get WARM. if you overspray One Million, it's gonna choke some peeps.

Ash, why do you just compare the opening and drydown? What about the mid, a.k.a. the “heart” of the fragrance? Remember fragrance have three phases, not only 2.

I think first impressions are important. First impression of 1M "that is a interesting bottle". First imptession of Eros "that is the ugliest bottle I have ever seen, it looks like it is for old ladies " Eros in the better smelling perfume, bettet compliments, etc...

Recently just bought a 200ml bottle of Eros (batch code LR2128) and the performance is absolutely appalling ... within an hour of applying it, you can barely smell it, as verified by others around me. This defeats the whole purpose of it being a clubbing scent if it isn't going to cut through the 'crowd'. This is a stark contrast to the old formulation of the EDT. So needless to say I am extremely disappointed with new batches of Eros, which makes this comparison a bit pointless, unfortunately.

The 1 million line is not my cup of tea. of my skin It looks very cloying, whether it's hot or cold outside. Paco Rabanne overdones it in its fragrances in general. Eros is much more balanced and classier. The Versace line is more refined, as compared to PR. Please, compare the classics, like Christian Dior Dune x Chanel Egoiste Platinum!

I do like the gold bar look for 1 Million. Very innovative. But the Eros bottle is just so classy. I'm glad Eros won. That is a designer that dominates it's presence in my collection. Great comparison review. Lotsa' fun.

Really sick of the sweetness bomb trend going on, and the market needs a return to masculinity. Not to hate on sweet notes, but I tend to prefer "implied" sweetness, like the smell of suede or even the more subtle tonka bean. Sensing a return to fougeres...

Ive sampled both of these scents and I don't enjoy either of them. They're alright but they aren't in my style preference. However, if I was forced to choose, I'd definitely choose Eros because of it's amazing versatility and freshness.

I don't like the dry down on my Eros EDP. But to be fair I don't like the dry downs of many blue fragrances. There's just something sharp, harsh and unpleasant
