1 Cup Urad Dal Paste
Green Chilli

1/2 cup dahi

6 Medium Size Potato
350 gm kaddu
1/2 cup boiled Chana
2 Cups Water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 dhaniya
1/4th cup pudina
4 green chilli
adarak
1 cup water
2 Tbsp chilli paste
2 Tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1/4th tsp hing
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp amchoor
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp mustard oil
1tbsp mota masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of ajwain
pinch of coriander seeds
1/2 tsp panch phoran
2 dry chillies
1 tbsp kasoori methi
3 cups water
cinnamon stick
5 elaichi
5 laung
1/4th tsp nimboo ka satt
