Really informative video. I still suggest doing arrival if getting in on early an early flight. There are so many elements outside of the expedited process. Flights can be delayed or arrive early so it’s like insurance. You also can wait for friends in the lounge if they are coming in on a later flight.

Is tye VIP lounge access separate? I believe you're describing The bundle, which includes the fast track service for one fee and the bundle which includes the VIP lounge. Where would I purchase the fast track service? I already have VIP lounge access with my priority pass?

I did purchase the bundle. I went to the website and that’s how I bought it.

I think so for that time but if you arrive early say like 9:30 am then no.

WHY DONT THEY HAVE AN EXCORT FOR DEPARTURE? LIKE HOW YOU HAVE AN EXCORT ON ARRIVAL.BOTH SERVICES ARE PAID FOR.

I always tip $5. Sometimes for drinks I noticed when I tip our server before, service is even better.

What immigration paperwork needs to be filled out? I assumed US passport was adequate to enter.
