I've been diagnosed with clusters, but honestly feel it's more TN. What has helped me is nasal spray with Capsaicin. Relief is almost immediate. I also use OraJel on the roof of my mouth....if you experience this type of unbearable pain, whether cluster or TN, give these a try

Should I see a physio and see if that will help. I hate the meds, this TN attack has lasted over 8 weeks and I find it hard to function.

Great video. My mother has cluster headaches. My question is can neck massage therapy help?

I've had CH for years I'd say no, a cold or warm compress on the back of the neck is a minimal relief but anything is better than nothing
