Hey Karen, hope you had a good day. This was a nice tiny tidy today. I love how you are reclaiming your bedroom space. It must feel better without your desk in there now, and also such a relief to get that box of mini decisions sorted and cleared, with everything put where it needed to go in order to reclaim the calm. Just a suggestion, but why not put a little filing basket on the top of the little white cabinet you file all your paperwork in. That way any un-sorted mail, bills that need paying or important appointments paperwork can be placed in there until it is dealt with properly; and everyone would know that it is there as a place to put that kind of stuff or to look for that stuff if it is needed.

This was such a good reclaim of the peace kind of day. Those types of piles are what I have heard referred to as the silent to-do list because it builds up in a corner and just stresses you out. Also, one of my journal youtubers I watch puts these kinds of things on a list and calls them Future Me problems. It isn't stuff that is immediately necessary, but it does nag at you, so clearing them out is so nice.

For the lotion that is hard to get out, if the lid is good enough, you could store it upside down so that gravity does the work for you.

My late daughter used to pile all the stuff from her large kitchen counter into a clothes basket and stash in her bedroom. She kept buying laundry baskets and filling them up. When she passed, we found 15 baskets full of miscellaneous everything. Her husband even found $1000 cash that they were going to take with them on vacation ❣️😲

TY for getting me through prepping dinner and HB , peeling some eggs. Laundry is done and put away. we did garden work in the morning but inside now since 90 degrees here in Montana. I have to pick up and put away to stay current in this little house. I must transport son to an appointment tonight and it is so hot and I am tired. He is a beginning driver so not ready for this particular area .
