I made a mistake when changing stereo to mono and then exporting it from audacity. I dont like this software.

I keep a excel list of the engagements and players, to not forget names, not sure if a rematch makes much sense here.

It's weird that I don't see any Soviet Commander uses artillery barrage before charging, seems that they are confident about their tanks can spot all the firing positions by themselves rather than being destroyed.

Soviet artillery call-in time is atrociously long and restricted. If you don't know where the enemy is going to be at the start of the march and dont have TRP's, you're pretty much screwed.

So it's vital to estimate Enemy's potential blocking position by deduction before the game start. Making a detailed plan for your soldiers instead of pushing them to grave. @@AtlasAct01

They're just not taking enough to facilitate the massive area-denial missions which are soviet doctrine. You've gotta be plastering terrain features with pre-planned missions if you want good results with the soviets.

Artillery in CM is sadly a bit underpowered, but a smokescreen should always be used.

@@Poxyquotl beside of doctrines, it would be the case that soviet forces were capable to fight with the formation that is actual at place. They would not just go home, because f.e. a tactical nuklear strike hit their regimental artillery group. What I want to say, scenarios like in CM CW are possible.
