Big red flag to the guy who minimize bullies. Toxic positivity much. Definitely not gonna want him as my boss. People like him is what make bullies become widespread.

Yeah man. That guy sits on a panel thinking that he is successful enough to be able to give advice to others when HE IS NOT ! Just probably some self named CEO on a bogus startup !!! Otherwise , both other speakers on the panel have offered wise insights !

It really depends on the leader mindset, our leader believes in fairness, if you do well you still get the same pay raise as the slackers.

if you are the founder of the start-up. Feel like work = life since you are the owner of the start up? 😏 Unless you are working under start-up burnout will be huge.
