Like Warren Buffet said, dividends are only good if the business you’re investing into can’t make good use of that capital. So if you’re trying to invest into businesses with actual growth, looking at dividends is a waste of time. Why are you investing into a company if they’re returning capital to you because they think you can make better use if it than they can. It’s not much different from bond investing. The way I see it if you have a $1 million at some point, that’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50k-70k in dividend income...

It's not difficult, but you have to learn and handle. Another thing is that if you can't manage your home, maybe you shouldn't invest on your own. If so, you should hire a CFP to help you diversify your assets to include ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of companies with consistent cash flows, rather than betting on penny stocks.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.

I really don't like making such recommendations, because everybody's situation is unique. But there are many freelance wealth managers you could check out. I have been working with "Eileen Ruth Sparks" for about four years now, and she's really, really good. If she meets your discretion, then you could go ahead with her. I endorse her.

I agree, I thought I was doing alright profit wise, until I needed assistance with diversification, I reached out to a financial advisor and in less than a year I was just $51,000 shy away from $850k which is like 7x more than I make on my own..

Taking a look at the orderbook for Binance , we can see large sell orders as denoted by the yellow bars . Previously , these were layered between $ 13,000 and $ 16,500 . However , there are no meaningful orders at $18,000 anymore . This could be an early indication that large sellers have a new target in mind , and as far as higher time frames are concerned , $23,800 and $30,000 are the next logical options based on previous monthly resistance and the Fibonacci levels . Kraft Heinz relies on its brand to sell products at a higher price. There's a lot more cheaper brands nowadays that offer similar taste/products for much cheaper eg. Kirkland and they are exclusive to big chains like Costco. It's not that consumer habits have changed that much, but there are more cheaper options to buy a similar product.

Warren gave such a great interview here. He was totally right about Kraft-Heinz ($KHC). It went down from $35 on the day of this interview all the way down to $25 only 6 months later in Aug 2019 and down to $20 in the Corona dump 6 months after that. Not sure if BRKA bought more shares of KHC in Aug 2019 or March 2020 or not. But sure Warren was absolutely spot on in assessing that KHC was overpriced and the market agreed with that assessment. Just wonderful to learn from this extremely wise man!

Warren has a Mcdonalds breakfast every morning. If Berkshire hathaway does well he buys the expensive breakfast. If it does bad he buys the cheaper option. He's worth €80b plus. I love that. I also love the fact he has stayed In the same property he first bought, his whole life.
