One hour and 42mins and not a single ‘ummm’ or ‘ahhhh’. Just silence as he thinks. What an incredible man. I shed a tear when I heard of his departure. He will never be forgotten.

Munger makes you realize why any great civilization always needs wise elders playing a prominent role.

How fortunate he was to be able to go on an interview 2 weeks before he died. His mind and body was sharp until the last minute.

I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.

I've seen the loss of more celebrities than I can count in my life...and I've never felt anything when they were gone...but Charlie passing away hurt. The wisdom, the life lessons, the loyalty to BRK and shareholders, the integrity, it just seems so rare these days. A national treasure that influenced me significantly in my life. My life would not be what it is today. my understanding, my world views had I not picked up a book about Warren at the local thrift shop when I was younger, read it cover to cover, discovered BRK and the gang from Omaha. thank you Charlie for the impact you made with your time here.

Had the opportunity to work at his namesake law office for over 20 years. Great memories attending attorney luncheon with Warren Buffet as guest speaker. Was friends with his assistant. He and Warren are very humble men.

Before Charlie I lost a lot of money after I started listening to him things changed 100%. Now I make money . But what I loved most of him and still do is his wisdom and decency . A real legend , and while he talks of arrogance , in all interviews I found him to have humility, and live out the saying " Rather choose the freedom of a humble life than the slavery of extravagance " . I think Becky Quick handled this with such delicacy and professionalism , which was probably tough for her , having walked the path with him and Mr Buffet for so many years.

I had an awful psychiatrist who would talk to me exactly like this journalist Becky. She was completely out to lunch half the time but getting paid the big bucks.
