I have a friend who is a surgeon and his doctor wife (both Indians) living in KL. they have three young kids and they have a chauffeurs on hand to drive their kids to school etc. they clearly are rich and live comfortably in Malaysia. but they are also considering leaving Malaysia for the future of their children..
